From Conakry to Your New Smile — Step by Step
Eight steps, each with a name and a responsibility. The only one that belongs entirely to you is the first message.
Patients fear two things about treatment abroad: being lost in a system they do not understand, and being surprised by something they were not told. This page exists to remove both. Every step below is what actually happens, in the order it happens.
The first message
Write GUINEA on WhatsApp to +961 71 118 100 or email info@smileinfinity.com. Send a front smile photo, a side photo and teeth with lips retracted. Add an X-ray if you have one. Tell us your language.
Case review
Dr. Habib Zarifeh’s team reviews your photos and images. If something is missing — a panoramic X-ray, a CBCT for implants, a medical detail — your coordinator asks for it now, so that the plan is reliable.
The written plan
You receive a document, not a message: the treatments proposed, the destination recommended, the number of visits, the days required on the ground, what is done on which day, and your individual quote. This is the moment to ask every question you have.
Dates and documents
Once you confirm, appointment dates are blocked. For Beirut and Dubai, you receive the appointment confirmation and invitation documents for your visa application; for Abidjan, no visa is required for Guinean citizens.
Flights, hotel, transfer
You book flights that match the appointment calendar — your coordinator checks them. Hotel options are proposed near the centre; in Beirut, the Hilton Habtoor Grand Hotel works in cooperation with the centre, directly across the street. Airport transfer is arranged.
Treatment days
Day one is always examination and design, never irreversible treatment. Each following day is scheduled in your plan. You meet the same coordinator in person; consultation and consent are in your language.
Before you fly home
A final check-up, photographs of the result, a written aftercare protocol, and the medication or hygiene instructions you need. Nothing leaves the clinic unexplained.
Follow-up from Guinea
Your coordinator’s line stays open. Photos are reviewed remotely; where a routine check with a dentist in Conakry is useful, you receive precise instructions on what to ask for. Second-visit cases — implants, Smile Lift® — are scheduled from home.

What to pack
- Passport valid for at least six months, visa where required, the printed appointment confirmation.
- Your medications in original packaging and a list of them in French or English.
- Any dental records, X-rays or previous treatment plans — even old ones help.
- Comfortable clothing for treatment days; sunglasses are useful after some aesthetic procedures.
If something goes wrong
It rarely does, and when it does it is managed, not hidden. Clinical complications during your stay are handled by the treating team — in Beirut with hospital support at Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC). After you return home, your coordinator remains your contact; issues are assessed from photos and, where needed, a visit to a local dentist is guided by written instructions from the treating surgeon.
One number, one person
International coordination for patients from Guinea runs through a single WhatsApp line, +961 71 118 100, in English, French and Arabic. You do not get passed between departments.
Prices appear only in your written plan. Payment terms are stated there too, before any booking.
