Dental Implants for Patients from Guinea — One Day Implant®, All-on-4, All-on-6

Implant surgery by a hospital Head of Oral Surgery, planned from a scan you can have done in Conakry, delivered with a provisional tooth the same day when the bone allows.

A dental implant is a titanium or zirconia root placed in the jaw to carry a crown, a bridge or a full arch. The surgery is routine in experienced hands and unforgiving in inexperienced ones. Patients from Guinea travel for implants to have the surgeon, the imaging and the hospital in the same place.

What we offer

One Day Implant®

A registered trademark of Dr. Habib Zarifeh: implant placement with a functional provisional tooth in a single clinical session, when bone quality and volume allow immediate loading. The definitive crown follows after integration.

All-on-4 and All-on-6

Full-arch rehabilitation on four or six implants with a fixed provisional bridge the same day. The solution for patients who have lost most or all teeth in one jaw and want to leave the clinic with fixed teeth.

Zirconia implants

Metal-free ceramic implants for patients who prefer them or have metal sensitivities; the aesthetic choice where thin gums would show a grey margin.

Grafting and sinus lift

Bone augmentation, sinus lift and complex cases are performed with hospital support at Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC) Beirut — Johns Hopkins International affiliated, JCI accredited.

The two-trip reality, explained honestly

Implants integrate with bone over a few months. Immediate loading gives you a provisional tooth or bridge on the day of surgery; the definitive crown or bridge is made once integration is confirmed. For a patient from Conakry that means either a second short trip, or a plan in which the final restoration is coordinated with a dentist in Guinea following our written protocol. Both options are stated in your plan before you travel — not discovered afterwards.

Before you fly

  • A panoramic X-ray at minimum; a CBCT scan is strongly preferred for implant planning and can be done at radiology centres in Conakry.
  • A medical history: diabetes and its control, blood thinners, heart conditions, osteoporosis medication, smoking.
  • Photos of the area and of your smile, so that aesthetics are planned together with function.

Where

Complex and full-arch cases: Beirut, for the hospital. Single and multiple implants for English-speaking patients: Dubai. One Day Implant® during Dr. Zarifeh’s missions: Abidjan.

The surgeon

Dr. Habib Zarifeh — International Cosmetic Dentist and Dental Implants Surgeon, Head of Oral Surgery at Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC) Beirut. Over 25 years of implant surgery, including the immediate-loading protocol behind One Day Implant®.

Implant cases are never priced online: the number of implants, the need for grafting and the type of prosthesis change everything. Your written plan states them.
